Returns and Exchanges:
Returns for Exchange: Size Issue - Customers can request an exchange if they have an issue with the size of the product. However, this option is available only once. If the required size is not available for exchange, the store will issue store credit or refund for the same amount.

Damaged or Defective Products: We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchange Process for Damaged or Defective Products:

Upon receiving your email, our customer support team will assess the provided information and images.

If the product is deemed eligible for an exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all tags and labels intact.

We will conduct a thorough quality check upon receiving the returned item.

If the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product. If the same product is not available in stock, we will issue store credit for the same amount to be used on a future purchase.
Please note:

A charge of ₹250 applies for all products eligible for refund for pickup of products from the customer's address.

The decision to authorize an exchange is at the discretion of the brand. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the product does not meet our criteria.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective item. However, if the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

If the product is not deemed damaged or defective after our quality check, the exchange request will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer.
